The inspiration behind my project was from my love for basketball and sport in general. It did not take me long to realise I’d like to focus my designs and overall project on Michael Jordan as he’s an icon in basketball with his own brand. I like the colours they used and styles as they also fitted my target customer nicely. I came across an artist named Richard Day who has many art pieces on celebrities in a graffiti street style which is what I was going for. I knew there were ways I could implement them into my work. I linked my artist and brand into my project piece which was definitely the aim. I found this course fun and creative as it allowed me to express my own styles into my work. I will be attending the
