For my FMP I have designed a student accommodation building for the Riverside Square plot in Canterbury. I have designed the floor plans and exterior building to fit the needs of students, the building follows the style of Canterbury’s newer builds to appeal to the younger students, whilst including visual cues from more historic structures, from around the city. My designs were generated through primary research where I visited Canterbury and produced concepts following my inspired style. After reaching my final concepts, I developed them into a collection of elevations, one-and two-point perspective drawings and isometric views; all of which were rendered.

After completing my level 3 3D Design and Architecture course, I plan to continue my studies at North Kent College, completing my Level 4 in the Foundation 3D Design course, developing my skills and portfolio further. Beyond this I will be seeking work experience in the architectural industry
