For my FMP I designed an annex at the end of a client’s garden in Sidcup. The annex is in keeping with the surrounding buildings and incorporated a range of substantiable materials during the development. For the interior of the annex, I wanted it to have a contemporary feel, which is continued throughout. From my research and discussions with the client I was able to create floor plans as well as complete sets of technical drawings, including one-and two-perspectives and fully rendered isometrics. When creating my final floor plans / models, I used ‘Room Planner’, SketchUp, ‘Floor planner’ as well as the 3D printer

Moving forward I am intending to study on the Level 4 3D Design course at North Kent College and then progress onto university to study Architecture.
