For my FMP I create a new home for an elderly couple. This was supported with the use of primary and secondary research. This included site visits and investigations into sustainable materials. From this research I created floor plans and exterior concepts that lead to a final design that was presented in isometric views, renderings, one-point perspective and CAD. For my models I created both floors using SketchUp and ‘Room Planner’. I then 3D printed my model to show how the design looks in a physical state. The process was recorded in my PowerPoint with supportive annotations and analysis.

For my progression, I am planning to continue onto the Level 4 3D Design and Architecture course at North Kent College. Following that I will look for a high apprenticeship or university course to study architecture
