This emulsion print piece is based on pollution and the way we treat the world. The meaning behind the whole project was that our actions will have consequences years down the line, leaving it up to the next generation to deal with; when it comes to littering, animals going extinct and polluting the air we all breath. After gathering statistical research I learnt that despite using paper straws and paying for plastic bags it is still not enough and we must do more. Because I feel so strongly about this topic I chose to bring more attention to it through my art and style, leaving you questioning what you’re really looking and wondering if dropping that gum wrapper on the floor was really worth it.
